Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will give you complete command over your e-mail boxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can create a new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward emails from one e-mailbox to another, create mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your mailbox accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mailbox accounts against spam e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming electronic mails according to certain criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and edit the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Just specify the email mailbox account you want to redirect e-mails from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
